Idyllic skipper house in the heart of Marstal

A cozy old, low-ceilinged house with a lovely courtyard. Modernized on an ongoing basis. The home contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a smaller bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, cupboards and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

Sit back and relax in this quiet and stylish home overlooking Kleven Harbor. In the butter hole between Marstal and Ærøskøbing you will find the small cozy village of Kragnæs. With the Archipelago Trail running directly through and Nevrestien starting in Kragnæs and with the 4 km to Marstal or 6 km to Ærøskøbing, there is ample opportunity for walks and excursions on foot or by bike. The house is stylishly renovated, with respect for the history the house has. It has a lovely garden with terrace and fire pit.

Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensburg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

The garden is lovely closed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room there are panoramic views to the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right by hiking and biking routes.

This lovely holiday home is located in Southern Elangeland with beautiful sea views towards the Langelandsbelt and Lolland. From the apartment there is 460 m to the beach with summer bath bridge. The brick chambers on the farm Broe have turned into a cozy vacation home. The apartment is renovated in 2011 and is bright and simply furnished. It has its own south facing terrace and lawn. The apartment is located in scenic and quiet area.

Our house by the sea invites you to unwind and relax, very quiet, with a large, cozy southwest facing terrace and beautiful garden. You'll be here to yourself. But also the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The house is bright and open with large windows. On the ground floor there is a living room with attached, open kitchen, master bedroom and shower room, upstairs two children's rooms, in between a large, light-filled gallery.
