You will find a very nice, spacious studio with a large balcony and a magnificent view. It is quiet and you can relax well. Just right for nature lovers and people who want to feel at home. There are shopping opportunities nearby and plenty of trails for hiking or biking. Passau is not far and always worth a trip. If you need variety, there are plenty of offers nearby. We enjoyed it very much. The apartment is great, you can also stay at home super easy and chill. There is also a work corner with a desk who can't leave it... Conclusion: highly recommended

We had a wonderful 3 days at the accommodation. The bear stone lodge is absolutely amazing. Very lovingly furnished and sparkling clean. The hot tub and sauna are an absolute highlight. We will be more than happy to return! ❤️

A peaceful and quiet retreat in a very beautiful surrounding. The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. We rented it for 5 month and had a really good time throughout the summer. Lovely cities nearby such as Passau, Walkirchen and other little towns. Walking into the Czech Republik takes 30 minutes and driving towards Austria it takes only 20 minutes. Overall, we can highly recommend this location and apartment if you like the remote feel and nature. Very special thanks to Olga who was an excellent host.
