The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Our small holiday flat (25 m²) can accommodate up to two people and is located in the rear building of a charming period property. 'Lütt Uttied' is centrally located, with the town centre within easy walking distance, as are bakeries and grocery shops, yet it is wonderfully quiet. For a detour to the North Sea, it is worth taking a cycle tour (approx. 15 km) through the Hookstief to the small coastal town of Hooksiel.

The location is perfect to explore Friesland /East Frisia/islands.

Dear Vacationers, i rent a lovingly furnished 50 sqm apartment for up to 2 adults + 2 children + 1 -2 dogs in a romantic Wurtendorf on the North Sea. Our village is a small circular village with 15 houses and is nestled between meadows and fields. Your dog is also a welcome guest with me and has plenty of space to let off steam. The garden belonging to the apartment is completely fenced up.
