Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The small fine studio is about 30 square meters and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person just above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen is used to prepare Frisian delicacies. One hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and the sink.

The apartment is located in the center of Wilhelmshaven, so attractions, restaurants and the main train station with adjoining shopping arcade are within walking distance. The décor is stylish and modern and ensures an exceptional stay with the open living and kitchen area. It is located on the 2nd floor, which is why it is nice and bright. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.
