The apartment Beninga is located on the upper floor and has a balcony with lake views and out into the forest, open living and dining area with sofa, armchairs, gas fireplace, smart TV, sound bar and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two double (box spring bed) with spacious closet walls and one single with pull-out bed. In the daylight bathroom there is a rain shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

You will find a free parking space right by the house. It is only a few kilometers to the beaches in Hooksiel and Schillig (10 minutes by car). The apartment is located in the center of Wilhelmshaven, so attractions, restaurants and the main train station with adjoining shopping arcade are within walking distance. The décor is stylish and modern and ensures an exceptional stay with the open living and kitchen area. It is located on the 2nd floor, which is why it is nice and bright. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.

The building is located on a cul-de-sac. The property is well established. Part of the garden can also be used. A covered barbecue area is available for guests. Pets are allowed in this house; I charge €5 per dog per day. This amount is payable in cash on the day of arrival. A few things of daily life - bread and rolls can be purchased from me by reservation. I try to offer organic standard when possible.

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.
