60 m² apartment with high-quality amenities and access to the terrace/garden. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

Das Ferienhaus Bergwelt-M ist ein 300 Jahre alter Hof mit Bauernhaus, Scheune und Stall (der nicht mehr genutzt wird) in Schröcken am Arlberg in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf die Berge. Im Bauernhaus sind mehrere renovierte und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnungen und Doppelzimmer. In der Scheune stehen sehr schöne und vollausgestattete Wohnwagen mit einem sorgenfreien Sanitärkomfort unter dem Motto „Scheunen-Camping".

The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
