Breakfast with a breathtaking mountain panorama! The apartment is located about 500 m from the town centre and the gondola, in the middle of the Montafon mountain landscape. Right in front of the house is a bus stop, making it the perfect starting point for numerous possibilities on the mountain and in the valley for the whole family. Whether skiing, ice skating or discovering the winter hiking trails; tobogganing, mountain bike trails, hiking or swimming, the area offers year-round experiences.

This house has cabin character and is not suitable for meticulous guests. Guest card possible on request and payment of the guest tax. The apartment on the top floor of the house is located in the middle of Schruns, on the Litzpromenade (river). The centre can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Through a keysafe, the apartment can be entered contactlessly at any time after 15:00. You will receive the key safe code 1-3 days before your arrival. Parking for 1 car, max. 2 m wide and 4 m long!

The lovingly furnished apartment (cozy living room with kitchenette, hallway + double room with shower/toilet, balcony) captivates with the special atmosphere in the Montafon wooden house and the quiet central location. Grocery, restaurants and bus stop (ski and hiking bus) in the immediate vicinity, parking directly at the house (dead end). Garden & sun terrace for shared use. If more than 2 people, an adjoining double room with shower/toilet will be used (please request for children).

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

Also worth mentioning are a real Montafon table, hand-planed oak floorboards and doors.

The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.
