Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

The 2 small bedrooms are each equipped with 1 x 1.60 box spring bed plus 1 large master bedroom with 1 bed 2x2 & 1 bed 90x2 cm.HWR room with washing machine, freezer. The kitchen has a lot to cook or bake . The living area is equipped with a TV, radio and a cozy seating area and dining area. The loggia invites you to relax and unwind.

In Fockbek you will find restaurants, banks, discounters, doctors, pharmacies, gas stations. For vacation, temporary living space, rent - bridging, seminars in small groups (6 people)… Cyclists are welcome. The outdoor area in the garden can be used by arrangement. The Kiel Canal is about 2 km away from us and invites you to cycling. 2 rental bikes are available available for a fee. The apartment has a sleeping and living area with a small dining area, a small pantry kitchen and a bathroom. On the terrace, the evening can end quietly.
