Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Schuyler County

Absolutely fantastic!!! Ed was more than helpful and truly made our stay perfect. Definitely recommend his place if you’re taking a week long intensive class at the museum (about a minute drive from the studio) or just checking out the town:)

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Peggy’s boat house is. This is my second time staying here and I have never stayed at the same ABB twice. This time I brought the kids because I wanted to share the beauty of this place and Ithaca and I knew they would love it. Sitting on the dock fishing and enjoying the views on Cayuga lake is so peaceful and relaxing. Peggy is a very welcoming host and keeps the place very tidy. There are so many things to do. Ithaca Falls is a very short drive away. Buttermilk Falls is a bit further away (not much) and is a beautiful hike. Great restaurants are nearby. I love the area and would love to come back someday.

Lovely apartment in old building with original brick walls and big windows with beautiful view of the hills. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Very close to restaurants, rockwell museum , and glass museum. Stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it!

We spent a very pleasant week in Fran’s place. The house is perfectly located to explore the many natural spots near Ithaca and Fran is always ready to give good tips and directions Highly recommended

Great hosts and so kind. Thoughtful down to the last detail. At first we thought their rules were a little intense, but they're understandable and don't really affect the quality of the stay. They're things we would have done anyway. They do offer a crib for folks with kids. We have a 1 year old that has just started walking and the apartment is about 25% baby proof. There were things that needed moved out of baby's touch and more outlet covers would have been ideal. aside from that everything was amazing. We stayed for 5 days and thankfully they had almost everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking. It's just a few driving minutes from downtown and close to everything. But also far enough out where it was quiet and serene. Beautiful area and even better hosts.

My friends and I had a great stay here. The property is beautiful. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in her home. She was communicative and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s place for a girls weekend! The location was great and lake was beautiful! Tina was a great host, she was responsive and just down the road if we needed anything. The only downside was the water pump was a bit noisy in one of the bedrooms. It was a relaxing a fun weekend!

Arrived to a nice picturesque White Christmas home during the holidays. Extremely Scenic environment and relaxing home. Home was clean with plenty of space and two bathrooms. We were able to see about 4 deer in the back which the kids absolutely loved. Only recommendation I have for future guests is to make sure you guys have great Snow tires if driving up during the snow season and stay on plowed roads always avoid the seasonal roads. I had new snow tires on my SUV and it was the best decision I’ve ever made when traveling upstate during the snowy season. Highly Recommended and will love to return one day.

Wonderful Hostess and the home was super cozy and cute! Incredible space ! Definitely larger than it looks on the outside!

Darius's place is wonderful for a short term stay in Ithaca. He has a large house in the countryside, which is quiet and peaceful. It's about ten minutes drive to downtown Ithaca and twenty minutes to Cornell campus. Darius is very kind and accommodating. I recommend his place to anyone who visits Ithaca!
