The apartment is very centrally located – in a short time you can reach Nuremberg, Fürth or Erlangen. The underground station is about 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms. In the living room (with projector) and in the bedroom (with TV), you can relax and watch TV ☺️ Since I live in the apartment myself, personal items are in cupboards, drawers, on the walls.
