The apartment has access to a loggia with stunning mountain panorama and a parking space in front of the house.

The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2021, is optimally equipped for 2 people and invites you to linger in the large living area, bedroom or terrace.

The Châlet Alpenrose perfectly combines tranquility and centrality – nestled in dreamlike nature and yet just steps from the village center. Schwangau is picturesquely located at the foot of the Tegelberg and directly below the world-famous royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. The crystal spa and Lake Forggensee are also in the immediate vicinity.

The listed Straubingerhaus is a former farm, family-owned since 1896, and has been lovingly renovated in the past two years. Now our 3 apartments are ready and we can welcome the first guests. We warmly welcome you directly at Lake Forggensee in the village of the royal castles in the mini, mountain or lake apartment. The Straubingerhaus is located directly on the Forggensee, at the foot of Neuschwanstein Castle. Thus, hiking and swimming are possible.

Our holiday apartment is in a quiet location with access to a large garden. For the 3rd person, an additional €10 per day is charged. These are payable in cash at the property. A sofa bed is available in the living area for this purpose. Dogs are welcome and cost €5 per day. Our house is in the immediate vicinity of the royal castles at the gate to the Ammergebirge. Lake Ilassberg with swimming beach ( Forggensee) is only 500 meters away.
