Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

From this fully equipped apartment, you can reach the countryside ("Schwarzacher Ried" - incl. "Heurigen") on foot or by bike and the cities Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate area. A bus stop and the train station "Schwarzach" can be reached by foot in only 2 minutes. Bregenz (directly on Lake Constance/Bregenzer Festspiele) and Dornbirn are about 10 minutes away by train. The first ski areas can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 16 Jahre) und wohnen im Zentrum eines kleinen netten Dorfes. Die zu buchende Unterkunft ist eine Einleger Wohnung in unserem Wohnhaus. Hier im Dorf gibt es 2 Gasthäuser und einen kleinen Laden in dem man alles Notwendige findet. Fußballplatz und Spielplatz sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht über das Rheintal. Die Gästetaxe von 1,85 € pro Gast und Nacht sind im Preis inbegriffen

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Comfortable, recently renovated apartment in the centre of Bregenz. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Lake of Constance or the Pfänder-ropeway. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.
