The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. From this fully equipped apartment, you can reach the countryside ("Schwarzacher Ried" - incl. "Heurigen") on foot or by bike and the cities Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate area. A bus stop and the train station "Schwarzach" can be reached by foot in only 2 minutes. Bregenz (directly on Lake Constance/Bregenzer Festspiele) and Dornbirn are about 10 minutes away by train. The first ski areas can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes.

We are a family with two children (9 and 15 years) and live in the center of a small nice village. The accommodation to be booked is an inlay apartment in our residential building. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Soccer field and playground are around the corner. We have beautiful views over the Rhine Valley.
