Holiday rentals with a patio in Schwedt

Great stay for a girls trip. Lots of space in bathrooms for 5 girls to get ready. And the beds were very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood it was charming and nice. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. The place was beautiful, with easy access to the lake, and we had a wonderful and relaxing time there. Thank you so much Martin! I wish you all the best and happiness wherever you are. We enjoyed the accommodation very much. Close to the subway station. There was a supermarket just around the corner.

No false ratings perfect place for our week-long stay as a couple in Berlin. Arriving late, the key was waiting for us in his box. Warm, very clean, new and comfortable, well equipped for our use (breakfasts, 2 simple dinners), functional and quite large bathroom, good bedding for quiet nights (very little traffic street), metro 15 minutes away to shine in every corner of a big city in spring and in the sun, it was a great stay without reservation.

Super nice apartment. We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. The village is located in the middle of a nature reserve and is very small and very quiet and yet you are very fast, in about 5 minutes in Templin. I'm sure we'll be back.

Radoslaw is a great host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. It was everything you needed. We could have felt at home

Anne's place was perfect for a stop over with four people and a dog. Anne was lovely and helpful and the place was very clean and homely.

We were there with four adults and a toddler and we all loved it. Everyone had their own room with bathroom, which was very comfortable. And through the existing garden, we could even be outside in the great weather. We'll be back.

A magnificent spot of earth 🤩 The garden shed by Wiebke and Matthias is very clean, cozy and stylishly furnished. The location is perfect to make great excursions in the area. Breakfast on the great terrace in the morning overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden...a day can't start better. Dear Wiebke, Dear Matthias, Thank you for the great time with you. It felt like home

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Very cute, light-filled little house with a small garden in a cozy holiday home area. We had a lovely time there.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

Carola's place was a great place to stay. It was extremely walkable to the train and grocery stores, and the neighborhood itself was a nice place to walk around and had a fun playground for kids. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I was a little concerned at first that the kitchen is relatively small and there's no living room -- this might be a bit of a problem if you plan to spend most of your time at the house, but if you're out and about all day, then it's not a problem. There's also a nice outdoor space you could make use of if the weather is nice. Carola herself is great, she was extremely helpful in finding any items we needed to make our stay more comfortable, even tracking down a high chair when we needed one.

Everything was great, the apartement is fully equiped and bed is very confortable. the terrace benefits the sun during the day. transportation is less than 10mn by walk. and the spree is at 5mn. It is a very calm neighbor very good to chill. Mirco is very accessible and friendly (living the same building). It just could be a bit hot inside during high temperature. I Totally recommand for short or midlong stays (especially great for several weeks!).

We have been here for the second time and have been very much looking forward to the sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and incredibly child-friendly apartment. Everything worked out great and Helena is a great hostess. We love the quiet courtyard and the small terrace area and in general the quiet location, perfect after a busy day on the road in Berlin. The tram takes you everywhere and the supermarket is also around the corner. Thank you for everything!

Markus and Kristina's apartment is just beautiful! We came together this weekend for a family reunion - 4 generations No matter which generation - whether over 80 years old or 16 years old - everyone was thrilled from the first moment! For our little ones, as well as for the big ones, there were toys and reading material - we noticed an open heart for children everywhere We would be happy to come back any time! The accommodation was very nicely decorated. Rooms were very spacious. The bathroom new and very clean. It was as described.

The place is really nice and cozy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is easy to reach from public transport and also easy to reach the city center. I really recommend it and would definitely visit again.
