We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

The ONE ROOM flat has easy access to the lake, separate entry and own garden. The house is located in a peaceful village. Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Optional meals are available (breakfast €10 or day meal €12). Please discuss it with Anna directly. €10 pet fee per dog per visit. Unsterilised female dogs in season not allowed.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The property is centrally located in the village and ideal starting point for exploring the region. It's only a 10 minute walk to the Oder-Neisse bike path. But excursions to Berlin are also possible (70 min by car). With a 1.60 bed and a sofa bed, up to 4 people can stay here.
