Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet Familien, Paaren und Radfahrern den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für eine erholsame Auszeit an der Nordseeküste. Die Wohnung liegt direkt hinter dem Deich auf einem Hof mit großem Garten – ruhig, naturnah und trotzdem nah an der Küste. Mit dem Rad seid ihr in einer Minute am Deich und auch zu Fuß erreicht ihr in wenigen Minuten die Nordsee. Da wir selbst im Haus wohnen, sind wir bei Fragen jederzeit für euch da und geben euch gerne Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants.

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

The holiday apartment Ferienwohnung Neumann in Neuschoo is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services as well as a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

From the quietly located villa, the beach of Dornumersiel is in approx. 5 minutes by car. It can also be reached via the dike, on foot or by bike after about 3 km. The villa is ideally located to explore East Frisia and the East Frisian Islands.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Historic ceiling beams were installed and the color scheme was done according to restorative findings from the front. The cosy alcove is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.
