The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

The finca is very idyllically located. Viva la Dolce Vita. Lake Garda feeling in the middle of the Steigerwald. 10 minutes by car from the state capital Erfurt. The exclusive furnishings with high-quality materials and the unobstructed view of the three Gleichen are unique. Bicycle/hiking tours are a highlight here. The large pool and the jacuzzi are available seasonally from Jan–Oct. The sauna can be used all year round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

Diese befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 min. und mit dem Bus in ca. 10 min. in der Erfurter Altstadt mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Dom, Petersberg, Rathaus, Krämerbrücke u.v.m.

Vacation apartment in Weimar

Our cosy holiday apartment warmly welcomes you to the cultural city of Weimar. The flat is on the ground floor of our lovingly renovated Art Nouveau house from 1897 and offers approx. 50 m² of space for a maximum of 2 people. The kitchen and bathroom have windows. The train station and city centre are within easy walking distance of 10-15 minutes. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house on the street. Bicycles can be parked safely, and e-bikes can also be charged.

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!
