You will have exclusive use of this bright, cosy studio (one room of approximately 30 m²) with its own bathroom and separate entrance. It is located on the first basement level, with narrow windows and no view. The studio is equipped with a 55-inch TV, a large fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, crockery, etc., and a large table for eating or working. Cooking is not possible.

Our accommodation is bordered by a nature reserve. Urban train and supermarket are reachable by foot in 15 minutes, in 17 minutes one can reach with the urban train Zürich City, and in about 30 minutes the airport Zurich. You have a beautiful view of the Greifensee, the surrounding reed belt and the mountains behind it. From the house you can observe birds as well as sometimes deer. It is rented to private persons only and not to companies.
