This is a two bedroom apartment, located over the garage/breezeway and kitchen our primary home where my wife and I live. I recently remodeled the kitchen and bedrooms, and completely furnished it. Entry is separate via an outside set of stairs. Heat is gas hot air, cooling is via window AC Units. About 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs, the Track, Performing Arts Center. 10 Minutes to Union College. There is only a shower stall. No bathtub.

This apartment has great light and awesome views of the river and is directly across from isle of the Mohawks (protected nature) and you will frequently see all sorts of wild life from eagles, cranes, fish, turtles and more.

A room for rest and relaxation which is within easy driving distance to local venues like Upstate Concert Hall , Rivers Casino and Saratoga Racetrack. Quiet residential setting for the relaxation but quick access to dining and entertainment for more excitement.
