This condo has a well-appointed kitchen, leather couches, a widescreen TV with cable and DVD in the living room, and another TV with Netflix and DVD in the bedroom. No pets allowed!

In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Bright, clean, cozy 1-br cottage is literally steps from one of the nicest beaches on the coast. There is room in the bedroom for a queen airbed if you are a couple and bringing a kid or two and don't mind the squeeze, but otherwise this is ideal for a couple. The beach features cool rock formations, a fresh water tidal creek ideal for kids to play in, a long gentle surf break for wading. It's just a perfect beach for kite flying, long inspiring walks and campfires at night! Pet friendly unit.

Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

There's a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.
