Pleasant contemporary loft of 80 m2 in an old renovated barn. The detached house is located on a quiet street in Bazeilles. It consists of: - On the ground floor: garage, access to small patio (12 m2) - On the 1st floor: living area (living room, dining room) with open integrated kitchen, shower room, toilet - On the 2nd floor: mezzanine converted into a sleeping area/office area. Roof windows (electric with shutters) provide natural lighting for living spaces.

We are located less than 5 minutes from the historic centre of Sedan and its medieval castle (the French people's favourite monument). The studio is spacious and bright, opening onto a terrace covered by a pergola, overlooking the park. Dining area with kitchen on one side and bedroom with TV on the other. Bathroom with toilet. The studio has an independent entrance.

“The little house” is located in a quiet location along the Canal des Ardennes. A few meters from the greenway for relaxing walks. (Possibility of boat rental without a license.) Individual accommodation, all comforts. Cozy. Baby cot available (to be specified when booking) Guests can park your vehicle in front of the house. Easy access. The house is located between Charleville-Mezieres and Sedan and close to Belgium No pets are accepted.

A moins du 2km du centre ville et du château fort, classé monument préféré des Français 2023, cet appartement est paisible et pratique. Pleasant little cottage in the countryside, serving a large garden. Includes living room open to equipped kitchen, toilet and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed,a cabin with a single bed and a single bed on the landing. Ideal for a couple with 1 child. Wood stove available. First shops 5 km away. Bed linens and bathroom linen to be provided by our visitors.
