This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

Dream place in the heart of the lake areas of Carinthia. 5 minutes by car (10 minutes' walk to the ski bus) from Bad Kleinkirchheim. Golf, horseback riding, cycling, water sports, hiking and everything for winter sports, everything is close by. A house with swimming pool and lots of privacy. 4000 m2 fenced garden. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden. 3 Fantastic vacation home in prime location

Our 85 m² vacation home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room on the second floor. Our vacation home was built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/satellite is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Internet access via Wi-Fi is a matter of course.

From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes.
