Friendly and helpful host. House clean and offers every comfort. A tip: equip the kitchen with a coffee maker and a dishwasher. Wonderful context, extreme tranquility. Possibility to have lunch and dinner on the terrace overlooking a beautiful view. For those traveling by bike, there are beautiful bike paths in the immediate vicinity. To go back!!

Maria was very helpful with every question we had. The flat is spaceious and bed is very comfortable and there is quiet during the night. The whole house is very nice with easy and free parking.

Our stay in the apartment right on the slope was simply fantastic! Upon arrival, we were thrilled with the idyllic location: It is beautifully high up and offers stunning views of the picturesque village in the valley and the surrounding mountains. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, so we could easily cook ourselves, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We particularly liked the cozy living area with fireplace, which invited us to relax. The possibility of being able to pick up fresh milk every day independently directly on site, visiting the cows and playing with the cats on site was especially great for the children. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us tips for excursions in the area. The location offers a good starting point for various activities in all seasons.

Christina offered us one more separate room with a bathroom for a good price. It was just next door to our apartment. We appreciated it - it made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you!

It's a very quaint apartment, with huge meadow on the slope and direct forest connection. The apartment is nicely cozily decorated and perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Despite the slightly rainy weekend, we had a great time with nine people (3 teenagers) - wonderful view of the lake from the terrace, very nicely equipped house and many sporting opportunities in the area, from the paddle path on the Drau, hiking and walking to the Family Flow Trail (MTB downhill) in Bad Kleinkirchheim. As the advertisement once said so aptly: "Carinthia is crazy!" ;)

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.
