Vicki is very friendly and good. He speaks many languages so it is not difficult to communicate. In winter you will find the apartment a little cold for Italian canons, so we recommend turning on the towel warmer in the bathroom and you will be better. They would have used extra towels, we could ask, but we didn't want to bother you. One is not enough. The microwave is missing to heat the dishes, but everything you need is provided. In case you have your pots, remember that the stove is induction, so not all pots are fine, for example the mocha from home. Otherwise, Vicki provides an electric heater to increase comfort. The whole area has just been built, the houses are brand new, so some things have not ended up in the apartment, but this does not prevent you from enjoying a great stay. Quiet, quiet area, no noise, polite neighbors, everything clean. The bed is French, my mom had a great time.

It's all as described. When we arrived, the key handover was completely problem-free with a key safe. The apartment was super clean and tidy. Everything you need for a problem-free comfortable stay is available. I would like to classify the contact with the landlord Christoph as uncomplicated, friendly and helpful. It was also pleasant for us that you could park right in front of the house. Shopping facilities (Edeka etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the apartment are available. All in all, a nice stay. Friends and acquaintances who want to explore the Schaffhausen region and the surrounding area in Switzerland, but do not want to pay Swiss prices, I would recommend the apartment. It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!
