Villa Marella is an old stone house in a row which is a saddle of two apartments, one is a two bedroom, laid on the floor and another with one bedroom located on the ground floor. Ideal for family or friends who want a holiday together. Always rented for one group of guests. Villa has a new yard that consists of summer kitchen, outdoor pool, outdoor grill, sunbeds. It is 500 m away from the sea and two minutes by car from the town of Trogir. Near the airport and the Motorway.

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
