The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

There are also 2 bicycles. The house is equipped with modern household appliances (Kitchenaid, De longhi coffee machine with capsules, American refrigerator..). The proximity of the market is only 100 meters.
