Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

We're three adult couples, each with three kids a year. The spacious, tidy and clean structure has allowed us to spend a week in total relaxation and well-being. We were greeted by the keeper Niku, who was available, also offering us vegetables from his garden. The villa is composed on the ground floor: a large, well-decorated living room with fireplace, a dining room with a long wooden table, a half bathroom, and a very large and equipped kitchen with everything you need. The upper floor has two large bedrooms, well isolated from each other with private bathrooms. In the garden there is an annex, used as a bedroom with bathroom. Outside there is a gazebo with a table where you can have breakfast, lunch and be in company looking at the view. Long and comfortable pool. Equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. In conclusion, we found everything in order, cared for and clean. Villa on top of a hill in the vineyards. Despite the heat, the weather was ventilated and cool.

Very friendly host, I didn't respond to any issues of any kind. Deborah welcomed me and gave me all the necessary directions. In addition, she provided food and drinks for breakfast. The property is equipped with everything you need. I recommend it to those who love tranquility, without forgetting that it is a few minutes drive from Rapallo and the highway exit.

Location was perfect. Alberto’s home felt like my own home. Everything was designed beautifully and the home is exceptionally clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Communication with Alberto and Fabio was excellent.

Everything is super! The apartment is very nice, located in a really quiet area surrounded by nature. It has all the comforts of home and a super terrace. We only did 2 nights but if you stop longer, in my opinion it is nice to have lunch or dinner in the apartment, if you want total relaxation! It thrives on the proximity of a golf course that, having a Club House, comes back convenient to have good doci or savory breakfasts. There was also a chance to dine (but I don't know if they do it every night). Giselle helped us find the apartment because we were "lost" for a moment... being a residential complex of many apartments and without a grooming of our B&B , I had to disturb it at 11:00 pm ... she responded to us instantly! I recommend staying in this apartment.

A remarkable apartment, 12 minute walk from the centre of town, great local atmosphere and Asia was very accommodating and helpful on local suggestions. I would stay there again!

Riccardo is a very responsive host! I would like to note the cozy atmosphere in the apartment: everything is thought out for comfort and has everything you need for your stay. As for the kitchen, everything is fully equipped for a pleasant meal preparation in a homely environment. The apartment is clean and tidy, just like in the photos. The apartment is conveniently located near all the attractions, close to the aquarium, a beautiful area for walking, with a wonderful atmosphere near the sea, where yachts are parked, which created a special coziness, there are also street food in style, like on the market and restaurants. Special thanks to the host Karl, very attentive was always in touch, prompted useful information and was very kind. Even after checking out, they asked for help after a while, kindly helped to figure out the route. Incredibly responsive host and very nice person. Thank you

Wonderful apartment, beautifully located 2min walk from beachfront promenade, bars/restaurants and shops. Lovely host, very friendly. Clean and tidy apartment
