"Apartment on the 1st floor of a villa + Pool"

This is the 1st floor of a charming and bright house divided into 2 apartments: the top and the bottom. Your private apartment is the top one: - independent entrance, - 2 bedrooms, - 1 living room with fireplace, - 1 small bathroom, - 1 kitchen - 1 terrace that offers a nice view. I live with my daughter and our cat in the lower part. We will share the garden (1600 m2), pool (summer), trampoline and swings if we are there. Your terrace is private.

Beautifully renovated stone cottage with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and heated pool. This former sheep farm on one floor has air conditioning and heating, patio doors from each room to outside terraces and large 11m heated pool. Private parking. You will be 5 minutes drive from Seillans, one of the 'plus beaux villages de France' where there is a supermarket and good restraurants. 50 minutes drive to Nice airport, 40 minutes to the Cote d'Azur.

This beautiful house is suitable for a quiet comfortable stay, ideal for 4 people, but also 6 can be accommodated. The large house with pool is usable all year round and is located on a 15,000 m² plot, 1.5 km outside the village of Seillans.
