NO SMOKING. No WIFI but some smartphones can pick up the studio wifi (2nd airb&b) This is not a love hotel, I no longer rent to residents of the Paris region but only to provincial and foreign tourists. Access is under remote surveillance, it is forbidden to host a third party. Small house of 35 m2, for 2 people.
