The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

To relax, hike... Accommodation close to Ski resort (6 km), Lac de Serre-Ponçon (15 km). My place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and four-legged friends. an inflatable spa is available (only in summer) for 15 euros on the 1st day then 10 on the following days and 50 euros per week to be paid on site
