“We had a great stay for a couple of days. The room was very clean, warm and cosy. Bathroom was next door and very clean too. Zoe set the table up for us each morning with cereals and bread for toast and provided a variety of preserves along with tea and coffee facilities. Zoe was a great host and would not hesitate in staying again.”

“We had a great stay at Little Knapp. The location is great and there were plenty of walks straight from the house and plenty of things to do only a short drive away. The cottage was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and the log burner was great when the weather was chilly. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. The lemon drizzle cake was very much appreciated! We took our dog and Bella loved the garden. It was great that it was fully enclosed so we didn't have to worry about her. Towels and bowls for the dog were a great extra touch The hosts were great and we're hoping to return in the summer.”
Recently refurbished Shepherd's Hut located at the Doone Valley Campsite, in the heart of the Exmoor National Park and nestled in the Doone Valley, made famous by R D Blackmore who wrote the novel 'Lorna Doone'.
“Lovely tiny house, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The place is very quiet and the surroundings are gorgeous. We enjoyed the private space outside to read and sit by the fire pit in the evenings. The hut is conviniently located on the campsite: close to the entrance of the campsite and the toilet/shower house. Hazel and Carol are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!”
