Mallnbach Apartments ligt in het dorpje Mallnitz. Het dorpje ligt in het prachtige Hohe Tauern, Karinthië. Mallnitz heeft een eigen skigebied Ankogel (2636m), ideaal voor een wintersport met kids maar ook voor de wat meer ervaren wintersporter. Op 20 minuten rijden ligt de Mölltaler Gletsjer (3122m). Waar je in de winter sneeuwzeker bent, ben je in de zomer op de juiste plek voor prachtige wandelingen en bike tochten. Mallnitz heeft o.a. een gezellig knus dorpshart, supermarkt en bakkerij.

This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Spacious and sunny 5-person apartment with private sitting area in the garden. The location is the ideal base for summer and winter holidays, at the foot of the Molltaler Glacier, and close to all outdoor amenities such as river Moll and the Raggas air. The modern apartment house contains 6 fully furnished apartments with a total of 28 beds. There is a storage space for skies with shoe heating and a service space for ski maintenance. The free ski bus is 150m by foot.

Idyllic alpine hut with sauna in NPHT

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Vacation on the Mischnigalm

Our rustic alpine hut is located at about 1800 m above sea level, in a secluded location. Live like 100 years ago, fetching water from the door and cooking and heating with the wood stove. Electricity for light and mobile phone charging is possible through a small solar system. Outside there is a solar shower and an outhouse. The hut can be reached via a 7 km long forest road. (About 45 minutes from the nearest village). An off-road car is needed.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Tower in the mountains

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

Small apartment in Mölltal

The approx. 60 m² apartment is located in our family home, right on the Alpe Adria Trail, surrounded by Alps and invites you to feel good! Several ski resorts such as Mölltal Glacier, Ankogel or Goldeck are approx. 20 minutes by car from the apartment. The apartment is separately accessible in the staircase so that you can fully enjoy an undisturbed vacation!
