Apartman Fili nalazi se u naselju Trbušnjak u vili Sunce. Vila Sunce je novogradnja, dovršena na kraju 2018. godine, te su stanovi potpuno novi i tehnički vrlo dobro opremljeni. Apartman je u potpunosti namješten, a ima c. 50 m². Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na predivnu terasu sa koje seže pogled na cijelo područje grada i susjednih otoka. U apartmanu su dvije klime ( hlađenje- grijanje), a parking je osiguran. Grad je prepun kulturno-povijesnih lokaliteta, a okolica prirodnim ljepotama.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. The apartment is nice for two persons (without any other persons). It is located 50m above the main road near the sea, in lavender garden. Close to our home (by foot or by car) there are three little beaches (500m in 10min by foot). By the beaches are free parking places. We can communicate in english and german. The price includes all costs for 2 persons (water, electricity, gas, private parking, air conditioner, wi-fi, final cleaning, tourist tax.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
