Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

This peaceful and Champetre accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of the perch. It is perfect for 1 to 2 couples with children. Dogs are welcome, the garden is enclosed. 2.5 hours from the center of Paris via the N12 (no toll) it is perfect for a country weekend to enjoy everything the perch has to offer. Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue in the fireplace or outdoors, with family or friends. Live the experience of a country house without its constraints! I will be sure to share my best food spots and my favorite secondhand shops!

Treehouse, 1 hour 15 minutes by train from Paris

A car will collect you from PARIS MONTPARNASSE at 1:15 pm. We are 10 minutes from COURVILLE-SUR-EURE train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Hi , Old farmhouse restored with taste, in the heart of a small hamlet in the countryside could delight your weekends. You will be accompanied by our animals... Pekin ducks, Coucou, Rhode Island Red, Gaulloise, Naked Neck, Sussex chickens... Our Border Collie Rox and our two cats can also visit you if you like. Animal lovers, we accept yours of course. On the other hand, we really want your pet to be nice to our chickens. Thank you

Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!
