It is a small townhouse and a balcony over the countryside, ideal for discovering the charms of Perche.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

This peaceful and Champetre accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of the perch. It is perfect for 1 to 2 couples with children. Dogs are welcome, the garden is enclosed. 2.5 hours from the center of Paris via the N12 (no toll) it is perfect for a country weekend to enjoy everything the perch has to offer. Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue in the fireplace or outdoors, with family or friends. Treehouse, 1 hour 15 minutes by train from Paris

A car will collect you from PARIS MONTPARNASSE at 1:15 pm. We are 10 minutes from COURVILLE-SUR-EURE train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.
