Bright 3 1/2 room apartment plus studio in Sent

You will stay in a typical Engadine house in Sent above Scuol. The place is cozy and functional. From the windows you have partial views of the mountains and San Peder. The property consists of the 3 1/2 room apartment on the 2nd floor and a pine wood studio with 2 beds/bathroom/toilet/mini kitchen on the first floor (via a staircase). The shops are within walking distance. Convenient for skiers is the bus stop at the house (end of the dream slope to the house 5 min). Wi-Fi available, 1 garage space.

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

In 2020, newly expanded attic apartment on a farm, on the outskirts of Ramosch. Quiet and sunny location overlooking the Lower Engadine mountains. The village shop and bus stop are a 5-10 minute walk away. In summer, numerous hikes and bike tours can be undertaken from the apartment. Various swimming options in the region. The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im EG ist für 2 Personen. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, der Ofen in der Stüva kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 4 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von der angrenzenden Veranda gibt es einen schönen Blick nach Süden in die Berge.

Enjoy unforgettable vacations in our beautiful and cozy apartment in Sent in the Lower Engadine. In addition to the two bedrooms, the apartment has a kitchen in the living/dining room. In front of the house there is a small terrace with a bench and table. Well-trained dogs that do not sleep on the bed or on the sofa are welcome by us on request.
