In the room there is a kitchenette (without cooking facilities) with table, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. Everything for a small breakfast. We are close to the Engadin Bad Scuol, outdoor pool, mountain railway (hiking/skiing area), national park region and Samnaun (duty-free). Restaurants/shopping facilities are within walking distance. You'll love our place because of the coziness. It is good for solo travelers, couples and adventurers who are planning a short stay.

New studio in the barn

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the forecourt with original Lower Engadine flair. The village shop and bus stop are a 5-10 minute walk away. In summer, numerous hikes and bike tours can be undertaken from the apartment. Various swimming options in the region. The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

The attic apartment with beautiful garden view and wonderful views of the Piz Clünas and Muot da l'Hom mountains is located in an apartment building with an attached sheepfold. The house is centrally located in the beautiful mountain village of Ftan (1650 meters above sea level). The flat has its own entrance. 1 parking space (free) is available below the house. Our guests also have free Wi-Fi access. In the living area, TV is available.

Die kleine Wohnung (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer (kein Kochherd), Dusche/WC) in einem 400 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ist in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Ardez. Im Haus und in der Wohnung befinden sich viele antike Gebrauchsgegenstände. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des Flairs aus alten Zeiten, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht unseren Gästen in der Nähe zur Verfügung.

Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im EG ist für 2 Personen. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, der Ofen in der Stüva kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 4 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von der angrenzenden Veranda gibt es einen schönen Blick nach Süden in die Berge.

We have 10 apartments (all facing south) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers more than 50 m² of generous space for 2 people. They are modern and tastefully decorated and invite you to relax and enjoy.
