The south-facing façade is completely glass and offers stunning, unobstructed panoramic views of the Lower Engadine mountains. Spread over 3 floors, 2 floors have a furnished south-facing balcony. Due to the relatively steep stairs, the house is not suitable for small children. The free ski bus stop is just a few steps away and the village centre can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. 1 reserved parking space in front of the house - additional vehicles must be parked in the paid parking garage (80m/Fr. 25.-- the week/parking tickets available upon arrival on request). You will be staying in a cozy eat-in kitchen and use a modern bathroom (incl. washing machine/dryer). From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. In just a few steps you are in the old village center of Scuol Sot and in the wellness and adventure pool 'Bogn Engiadina' or with the ski bus at the valley station of the mountain railways.

The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

This is a good size apartment (no beds in common areas) which is suitable for couples, families and all people that are respectful of the privacy and tranquility of all residents. Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.
