The south-facing façade is completely glass and offers stunning, unobstructed panoramic views of the Lower Engadine mountains. Spread over 3 floors, 2 floors have a furnished south-facing balcony. Due to the relatively steep stairs, the house is not suitable for small children. The free ski bus stop is just a few steps away and the village centre can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. 1 reserved parking space in front of the house - additional vehicles must be parked in the paid parking garage (80m/Fr. 25.-- the week/parking tickets available upon arrival on request). Are you looking for tranquility, proximity to nature and want to wake up with a stunning view of the Münster Valley? Then you've come to the right place at Egghof. The Egghof is the only farm in the Münster Valley to be awarded the "ERBHOF" seal of quality. This means that the farm has been family-owned for over 200 years. The Egghof is located at 1700 m above sea level. In addition to the family of six, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, cats, a dog and a couple of cute rodents live on the farm.

New studio in the barn

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes on foot. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!
