Monthly Rentals in Seo-gu

Great value, this place has it all: very nice decoration and large rooms, the view was sublime over the Bay of Songdo with the cultural village 흰여울 just across the street! The amenities of the apartment allowed us to enjoy the space comfortably (air purifier, water filter, washing machine... there is really everything you need!) It should only be noted that room #2 is on the side of a busy street and the noise level is constantly loud (5:30 - 23:30) with the passage of city buses, but I got used to it at the end of the 3rd night. The beds were very comfortable. This place was a favorite, we highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was exactly as described, even better: clean, tidy, cozy and with a beautiful view that made the stay even more pleasant. The hosts were very kind and super helpful. They made us find everything we needed to prepare the Korean barbecue, without having to think about anything! At the end of the stay, the host took us to the station: having started to rain, they left us an umbrella available, once again showing great care and kindness. We felt welcomed and pampered at home. Highly recommended!!!

It looks like it needs a little remodeling. The large pyeongs and views were good, but it looks like it needs a little investment in the facility.
