Charming new 32 m2 duplex studio, ideally located in Pennes-Mirabeau, in a quiet subdivision between Aix and Marseille. This studio offers all the comforts necessary for a successful stay, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine (Senseo), dressing room... The property has a private terrace as well as a secure parking space. We do not allow parties or events in the studio. The sofa is not convertible.

This small gem is a 5-minute walk to the beaches and close to the famous Calanques of Cassis.

Cabin, Paradise by the sea, private cove. Logout assured. Swimming fishing diving. Fully equipped with sheets and towels, kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, 1 bedroom, sleeping area in the living room, 1 terrace. The cabin is not far from the city, on the Estaque side, from the blue coast walks, 10 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from the airport, 2.5 km from each village.
