He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

This newly renovated 800 sq ft studio is the perfect place to watch ships sailing, track the weather moving across the water, and spy Mount Baker. The unit is located close to the John Wayne Marina, the Olympic Discovery Trail, lavender farms and downtown Sequim. The Olympic National Park and the ferry to Victoria, BC is just a short drive away.

The Olympic National Park, Hurricane Ridge and Deer Park are close enough for day trips and Neah Bay and the coast are approximately 2 hours away.

What makes this saltwater haven special is the proximity to the water and a 180 degree view - plus - just outside is a grassy yard with a fire pit to enjoy all the goodness of a campfire while still enjoying the comforts of home. One of the few places around with access to both water and trails - all within walking distance. You can't beat our sunsets!
