Our apartment is just 300m from the picturesque beach Livadakia, the peaceful beach Karavi, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Port, the market, restaurants, bars and night life and a short drive to Chora, Serifos’ rocky capital, and plenty of attractive beaches.

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Hello. The house is an eco-mini house with stone . I has a very smart design to fit two people with a luggage .The upper bed is double and the floor bed single so it is suitable also for a couple. Of course the house is small but is very cozy. It is very well located, 150m from the main beach and 700m from the port. The house has been rated hi by young people because of its style and balcony on the garden, rated lower from older people looking for comfort and size.
