Charming little village house located in the historic center of Vias, 2 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi, comprising on the ground floor, living room + open kitchen. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. SMALL DETAIL: As indicated above, it is a village house which is what makes it charming and therefore, no parking space right in front! On the other hand, there are many opportunities to park nearby as there are free parking lots.

The house is 150 m from the square (market 3 times a week, events, etc...) and shops. No need for a car, the bus network takes you to the beach (10 min) and/or the city (Bézier, train station). Free parking near the house. The street is very quiet. No air conditioning or WIFI yet
