In favorable weather conditions, the sea can be heard in the backyard! Very nice area for walking or cycling! There are several fine restaurants and beach pavilions in and outside the village. Supermarket and bakery also within walking distance. Westkapelle is located at the extreme point of Walcheren. This is where you can find the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands!

The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

Gezellige comfortabele vakantiewoning in de kern van Meliskerke met veel privacy en ruimte. Onze vakantiewoning heeft een badkamer en slaapkamer op de begane grond en extra brede deuren. Inmiddels verhuren we 6 jaar, dit is onze ervaring: ons vakantiehuis past het best voor stellen die voor de omgeving en/of rust komen. Of gezinnen met 1, 2 of 3 (jonge) kinderen. Kinderen hebben dan veel ruimte om in de tuin te spelen. In totaal 4 bedden, daarbij kan nog een campingbedje geplaatst worden.

The house is next to our arable farm, but not so close that you will be bothered by it. Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.
