We loved the traditional house, grounds & pool. Our ensuite shower room was particularly large & well equipped. The short walk to the village square with bars & cafes & free car parking made this, for us, the perfect stay.

if you are looking for peace and quiet, you will definitely find it here - beautiful property in the middle of nature, many sheep on the premises, accommodation top equipped and clean - you immediately feel at home, therefore highly recommended! ....we have never had such a beautiful stay in Mallorca

Small and almost private residence in the heart of the old town but with the amenities of the restaurant in the square a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was exceptional and roof terrace a bonus.

First of all, the location is so pretty in front of the sea The price is a bit late for the bedding, but I thought this was still the location. It was so good. The service was good and the staff were all too friendly. I sent it with my family, and I was so satisfied. Next time I come to Mallorca, I'll come again ~ ~

Finca Son Palou is well decorated and very homely. We really enjoyed our stay there this summer. It’s surrounded by beautiful mountains which makes the experience very special. Service was good and they even prepared us a take away breakfast for our ferry journey! We highly recommend anyone who’s looking to stay there.

We had a wonderful holiday! Staff are very friendly & helpful, huge room with a big balcony and great views and comfy beds! We had the breakfast a couple of times and thought it was great and definitely worth the cost for all the options available. Evening food was also really good, and the cocktails were great around the pool during the day! Location is excellent, and only a 5 minute wander down to the beach & restaurants. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable 😊

Really friendly staff, nice and clean perfect location

A beautiful and tranquil place to stay in the heart of the Serra de Tramontana region. The room is well equipped with everything you could need, plenty of space to unpack and settle in. We bought food and drinks to cook for ourselves in the room when we wanted to and could store 2 weeks worth easily in the fridge and in cupboards. There is a lovely space to sit and relax for the day/evening on your own private balcony or other picturesque spaces to relax around the estate. The room interior design is stunning, modern and clean in style and we were able to make the place feel like home for 2 weeks. Breakfast is catered for by Rondaia and the choices are great- all local produce, Ana offered to get anything extra you would like if needed outside of what was already available. This wasn’t necessary for us as the fruit/yogurt/pastries were perfect. The honesty bar available 24hours meant you could have an ice cream/Beer/snack etc as an extra whenever you fancied which was a nice treat. The staff on the estate were all super friendly and helpful and efficient if we needed help, eg.whenever you wanted a change of pool towels or fresh sheets in the room they would do it on request. Overall we had an excellent stay for 2 weeks at Rondaia and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Holiday to relax in a beautiful location with a great pool with close access to all the pretty villages/ports and coves in Mallorca, when you fancy a day out. We loved it and will be back again, thank you Ana for your hospitality, from start to finish you were in touch to make sure we were happy with our stay and were so accommodating to all of our needs.

What an incredible stay at this beautiful small hotel. The hotel and rooms are stunning, spacious and so well kept. Plus the views and location are perfect. A short 10min walk to some gorgeous restaurants and beaches. The breakfast was beautifully presented with a plethora of meats, cheeses, bakery plus cooked dishes and the coffee is excellent. The attention to detail from the hotel staff didn’t go unnoticed, such lovely people who can’t do enough for you. We lounged at the pool on a couple of occasions and were kept topped up with drinks constantly from the gorgeous outdoor bar. A really amazing stay!
