We loved the traditional house, grounds & pool. Our ensuite shower room was particularly large & well equipped. The short walk to the village square with bars & cafes & free car parking made this, for us, the perfect stay.

Manel's care is excellent, always attentive.

Perfect for what I needed. Late check in at 0100 am. Clean bed for the night before moving on.

The hotel is just what you get. The host is a really very enthusiastic man. Manuel wants to find out/arrange everything for you. In English, German and even Dutch. Breakfast was also bizarre good

A beautiful and tranquil place to stay in the heart of the Serra de Tramontana region. The room is well equipped with everything you could need, plenty of space to unpack and settle in. We bought food and drinks to cook for ourselves in the room when we wanted to and could store 2 weeks worth easily in the fridge and in cupboards. There is a lovely space to sit and relax for the day/evening on your own private balcony or other picturesque spaces to relax around the estate. The room interior design is stunning, modern and clean in style and we were able to make the place feel like home for 2 weeks. Breakfast is catered for by Rondaia and the choices are great- all local produce, Ana offered to get anything extra you would like if needed outside of what was already available. This wasn’t necessary for us as the fruit/yogurt/pastries were perfect. The honesty bar available 24hours meant you could have an ice cream/Beer/snack etc as an extra whenever you fancied which was a nice treat. The staff on the estate were all super friendly and helpful and efficient if we needed help, eg.whenever you wanted a change of pool towels or fresh sheets in the room they would do it on request. Overall we had an excellent stay for 2 weeks at Rondaia and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Holiday to relax in a beautiful location with a great pool with close access to all the pretty villages/ports and coves in Mallorca, when you fancy a day out. We loved it and will be back again, thank you Ana for your hospitality, from start to finish you were in touch to make sure we were happy with our stay and were so accommodating to all of our needs.

This boutique hotel was amazing, it had beautiful views of the ocean and the stars. The room was spacious and clean, and we truly enjoyed our time. Espacio was very responsive when we had questions and made check in very easy. Though there isn't a lot of parking right next to the hotel (there are some spaces) the parking garage is a close walk and easy to get to. The breakfasts (that was included) we had were great and dinner was equally as good! Everyone was so friendly. 10/10 would recommend. We had a fabulous time and hope to come back in the future.

It was a good choice to capture the essence of the unique village of El Rocío and use as a base to visit the National Park and the El Acebuche Visitor Center. Tastefully furnished and in general well equipped for a short stay. 5 min walk from a supermarket, 10-15 min walk from the Sanctuary.

very nice house, different residential units, tastefully furnished, beautiful green outside. Just outside the next village. You should ask beforehand if the room has a view or not.

I cannot say enough good things about Encant de Alaior. Beautiful hotel with exceptional hosts. Very clean, quiet and peaceful. They provided an excellent breakfast also! Alaior is the perfect town to stay in if you want to be in the center of the island. Easy parking instructions and check-in! I really enjoyed my restful stay!

If you are looking to rest , unplugging and enjoying this is the place . Very well connected to Viveiro and if you want to enjoy the beach there are many nearby . Ana has been a wonderful host, always attentive and willing to help you with whatever you need . We will definitely be back with more time . Thank you and forever.
