A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Located on the top floor of a secure residence with access badge, elevator, private parking, direct access to the pool (open from June 15 to September 25) and beaches. My apartment has all the advantages to make your holidays and weekends enjoyable. It has a capacity of 4 to 5 people. I just refurbished my apartment in June 2021.
