The house is in Lagoa Santa -MG. It has two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and one single bedroom with two seats. It has an outdoor bedroom with 1 single bed and bathroom Social bathroom and toilet. Large wooded garden, swimming pool integrated into the house, a gourmet area with a barbecue and stove. Excellent WiFi, living room/ TV and dining room, large, modern and complete kitchen. The price is for rental of the entire house for 4 guests. Additional fee is charged per night and per guest over 4.

An Oasis - with charm, nature and peace

This charming little house is located in front of the Pampulha Ecological Park, on the edge of the lagoon and very close to the entire Cultural Heritage of Humanity complex. In less than 5 minutes you can find Mineirão and Pampulha Church. The Inhotim Museum is 50 minutes away. The house has simple and cozy rustic decor and is located on a 3,000 m2 plot of land, with lots of greenery, in the Bandeirantes neighborhood - very quiet and with beautiful landscapes, restaurants and activities .

House on the edge of the lake with heated pool

Beautiful house on the shore of the Olhos d’Água lagoon. The only one available on the shore! Charming region, close to nature. It has a beautiful gourmet area with several rooms, 2 semi-suites with king beds and trundle beds. Bed linen and towels included. Pool and spa combined. Pool is heated by the sun. Located at the beginning of the city. Running track right in front of the house around the shore. Best option for those looking for comfort close to BH with excellent value for money!

Casa de Minas, near Lagoa da Pampulha and UFMG

The house is comfortable and complete, there are 3 cozy bedrooms, a work office, beautiful rustic room, balcony with hammocks and garden. The master suite has an exit to the garden. The kitchen has a coffee maker, all the utensils, knives, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pitcher to heat water, dishwasher and washing machine. The House looks like a small farm, inside the city. Close to the Niemayer architectural complex. Here you hear the singing of birds under trees.

Beautiful Country House, Condados da Lagoa

Excellent large and airy house in a gated community, family atmosphere, with a 24-hour entrance in Lagoa Santa, close to restaurants and shops. We are 10 minutes from Confins Airport, 45 km from BH and Serra do Cipó. Our house is cozy in flat batch, serving all ages, with living rooms, fireplace, balconies with hammocks, swimming pool , grassy field, gourmet area with barbecue area, ideal for resting with family or for work because we have Wi-Fi fiber optic.

Excellent house in lagoa santa

House with 4 bedrooms, 3 blocks from the central lagoon. Fine finish, 1 master suite with hydro, balcony, air-conditioning and king bed. 1 bedroom first floor with queen bed, 1 semi-suite with king bed, balcony and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with single bed + closet. Solar heater for bath and in the faucet of the indoor kitchen sink. Kitchen, dining room and living room integrated. Gourmet area with pool with solar heater. 8 minutes from the confins airport.
