Monthly Rentals in Setla

This is our second holiday in Petra’s apartment. She and her family are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is on the 2nd floor but has a lift which is great when unloading the car or carrying shopping. At this time of year the balcony which is a good size has the sun all morning until about 2pm. The bedrooms are a good size and wardrobe space is adequate. It’s nice to have a washing machine. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. There are a few good bars and restaurants close by. It takes about 30-40 minutes to walk into town. We had a great holiday and will come back again.

We really loved this place — it’s cozy, easy to find, and full of sweet memories! Even without a car, it’s super accessible. We took the ALSA bus from downtown Valencia, then walked about 15 mins — smooth even with two suitcases! Frederique gave us lots of privacy — we barely saw her but felt well taken care of. The room used to be her daughter’s, full of cute manga, Kuromi, and Japanese vibes — we felt so at home! There’s a little kitchen, a comfy sofa, and even a computer. The area’s perfect too: Carrefour and Mercadona nearby, and great jogging paths! If you want to go to the beach, a bike helps. Don’t forget sunscreen — I got tanned a lot haha! We also experienced a once-in-a-century blackout here — wild but unforgettable! Thanks for everything, Frederique! (´▽`)♡

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We were received very nicely and also the departure went smoothly. The view from the balcony is just great and we sat a lot outside. I found it a pity that there was no fly screen in the children's room but only in the bedroom. You have to be clear, you always need a car, it is about 8 km outside, unless you very much like to walk.

Beautiful and large apartment. Nice location with direct access to the beach. Beautiful park with swimming pool, meadow and children's playground. Apartment with TV via antenna, therefore FireTV stick or the like with VPN for Germans recommended. We will be happy to come back.
