The interior architect Filipa Magalhães, from Lisbon's studio Calma, sought to create a magical space for those looking to spend memorable days and have a good time with their family. Elegant, with a spacious terrace and a balcony overlooking the Sado river and mountains.

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
