Monthly Rentals in Sevier County

This was our second year staying here. It was great! Definitely a place we will come back to in the future!

Diana was helpful and provided great directions to teach the condo as well as how to get inside. There were some great upgrades to the place. As others mentioned the drive up can be steep at certain points, and if there’s no day light it can be pretty dark so be aware of that. Views and fresh air were beautiful during the day though.

Had a great stay. Very close to Dollywood. Samuel was very responsive and even suggested few local places to visit. Hot tub was very relaxing after a hectic day.

Perfect spot to stay. Nature all around. Very scenic. Two awesome overview spots of both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone staying in Gatlinburg.
