One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

The apartments should be cozy when we decided to renovate our house built in 1848 as a farm in 2016. Since the 1950s, the house has served as accommodation for holiday guests. Due to the partial use of the old wood, we believe we have been able to create the homely atmosphere. From the balcony, the view goes to the west, over Sexten to Innichen and to its local mountain Haunold. In summer, the sunset completes the day.
