This apartment is located in Fethiye Marina, which we call the most central point of Fethiye, and everything is within walking distance. The area where the apartments are located is closed to traffic and there are luxury cafes, restaurants and shopping stores. The boats you need to go to the 12 islands depart from the front of the apartments. The fish market is 5 minutes on foot, the bar street is 10 minutes on foot, Ölüdeniz and all minibuses are between 3-5 minutes on foot. Our apartment has a sea view, as shown in the pictures, and a wonderful sunset.

Our villa is located 10 minutes from the center of Kalkan and the beach. It is a private villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. Our villa has an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi and sauna and is fully conservative. Supermarkets, restaurants, grocery stores and similar places are within walking distance. Note: Our indoor pool in our villa is subject to an extra charge for guests who want to use it. In 2024, the daily heating fee is 750 liras and must be paid in cash at the extra entrance.
